Morocco Travel Information

Friday May 25, 2007
western sahara desert morocco Morocco is one of Africa's most accessible countries. A quick ferry ride from Spain will launch you into a world of bazaars, medinas, riads, bubbly pipes, Kasbahs, and deserts. If you're planning on traveling around Europe this summer, stop in for a few days and get out of your comfort zone. If you live in the US a direct flight will cost the same as a flight to southern Europe and your dollar will buy you a lot more.

As exotic as a trip to Morocco may be, you have to be practical in order to get there. If you want to know how to catch a bus from Fes to Marrakech; a ferry from Spain to Tangier; whether you can drink the tap water; how many dirham you'll get for a dollar; the best time to visit and much more, see my Morocco travel tips.
