Diving with Great White Sharks
Tuesday July 5, 2005
Cage diving with the Great White Shark in South Africa is one of the best adventure travel options Africa has to offer. It's a bit like experiencing a shark attack without the scars. Certainly a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the Great White Shark since there isn't a single one in captivity. Seeing 16 rows of teeth at close range should be enough excitement to fulfill any adrenalin junky. And some tour operators allow children as young as 5 since you only have to know how to snorkel. I know my son would love it.My guide to Great White Shark diving in South Africa should inspire you to take the plunge into "shark alley". There's information about where to dive, the dive itself, when to go and a comprehensive list of tours and tour operators that specialize in Great White Shark cage diving.
