African Trypanosomiasis (Sleeping Sickness)
African trypanosomiasis is confined to tropical Africa. There are two types of African Trypanosomiasis (Sleeping Sickness) both are transmitted by the bite of the Tsetse fly. The disease can be fatal if left untreated since the infection rapidly progresses to meningoencephalitis. There is no vaccine but treatment is available.

There is no vaccine for Dengue Fever.
